Refund Policy

Subscription plans

Try qrmflow free for 7 days before paying. If you pay for a plan and are not satisfied, request a full refund within 7 days of the first payment of that plan.

Renewals can be refunded within 48 hours if the plan has not been used to take orders since renewal. Refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

QR stands

Stands can be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch. Damaged or wrong items reported within 7 days of delivery with a photo are replaced or refunded.

Crypto payments (outside India)

Crypto transfers are reviewed manually. If a payment is rejected or a refund is approved, we return the amount received to the sending wallet, minus only network fees charged by the blockchain.

No hidden fees

The price on the pricing page is the price you pay, plus GST where it applies in India. There are no setup, cancellation or hidden charges. WhatsApp messaging costs, if any, are shown before you enable them.
