Can I preview the profile without connecting Google?

Yes. You can edit business details, photos and social links and preview your draft without a Google connection. Public availability requires saved publication and active access.

Does the review button post a comment automatically?

No. It copies only the comment the visitor has written. The visitor continues to Google, pastes it and submits it themselves. If clipboard access is denied, the comment remains available to copy manually.

Are the rating totals live Google data?

Saved qrmflow totals refresh while the workspace is open. Maps imports are dated snapshots. Live Google sync is unavailable until the per-business integration is authorized and enabled.

Which Google Reviews plan should I choose?

Compare the current Starter, Growth and Business monthly or yearly plans on the homepage. Editorial is the standard theme; plans with premium themes offer the ten-theme catalogue. Prices and AI draft allowances are controlled by Platform Admin.

Understand what requires Google authorization

Live Google Business Profile synchronization, Google-side reply posting and external reminders are not connected yet. Purchasing a plan does not activate that integration. AI draft allowances are plan-specific and do not promise automatic public posting. Each business must authorize its own Google account; workspace credentials are never shared across owners.
